Our training focuses on balance, strength, and functional movement, using weights, bands, and everyday activities to support safety, mobility, and independence.
Balance and safety training (including those at-risk for falls)
Strengthening through weights, brands, tubes and balls
Functional training: Incorporating exercises that the client performs during the day as part of the activities of daily life
Training family members, caregivers and clients on proper techniques, body mechanics and follow-through with exercise program
Aquatic exercises (including assistance getting in/out of pool, if necessary) for all fitness levels
Training for all ages
Programs designed for: Arthritis, osteoporosis, Parkinson's Disease, back care, stroke, balance, etc.
